TACK BAYS
​Located at the end of the indoor arena are the tack and wash bays. Each bay is 3m wide fitted with secure cross poles and thick cushioned non-slip rubber floors. There are 2 bays fitted with equine solariums. The wash bay is plumber with an endless supply of hot and cold water. 


This location allows rider and horse to go from a warm and dry tack bay directly into the arena without getting wet or cold. 

STABLES​
​Following the purchase of the property the first thing that needed to be updated were the stables. The stables were all of a good size but were very dated and looked very shabby. All the internals were stripped out, chat windows between stables installed, outdoor pens constructed on 8 of the 15 stables, rubber screed floors inside and out installed, new automatic lighting fitted, new automatic drinkers installed, CCTV fitted and all the stables re-painted.
During the renovations, 3 of the stables were converted to Medical boxes. These boxes have had LED lighting installed to ensure excellent lighting is available whenever it is needed.
The transformation of the boxes has been amazing. The horses can choose to be either inside or out, with the secure knowledge they have dry and secure footing all year round.

INDOOR ARENA.

Our indoor arena is a great center piece of our facilities. The design and layout of the building took inspiration from many equestrian facilities around the world. Careful attention has been given to the design, layout and construction, ensuring a world class facility. The surface is a custom Andrews Bowen surface that has been carefully developed and blended to ensure a consistent and sure footed surface all year round.


There is a full 27m wall of mirrors, adjusted to enable clear vision at all points around the arena for the riders.


There are roller window shutters that can be opened or closed to allow the internal temperature to remain at a comfortable level all year round. It also allows riders to take in the stunning scenery that our hilltop location provides.


It has an overall measurement of 62m x 27m, This allows us to setup a full size 60m x 20m FEI competition arena.
